I’ve never actually planned a spring/summer look lol!
I was in the mall with my bestie Latoya while she was shopping for some new goodies and was instantly overcome with the urge to create a Pinterest board and fill it with all the things I want to wear for summer. Don’t know where this sense of urgency came from, but it’s here now and there’s no stopping it!
As we were walking through the mall, I took a few mental notes of what I wanted to wear this Spring/Summer season and I’m sharing my top faves with you.
Dresses: Give me all the peasant and floral flowy dresses you have! I thrifted this one last year and it stayed on major weekend repeat for the entire summer. I love how effortless yet carefully put together I look when I wear them and I’m looking for a few more good ones to make a tiny collection.
Neutral Separates: I have fallen in love all things neutral and I’m on the hunt as many pieces I can find to wear together or mix and match into my closet.
Flowy Skirts: I’m on the hunt for midi and floor length skirts that I can pair with dope band tee’s along with cute slides, open toe heeled sandals and the occasional bootie.
Linen: Late last Fall I thrifted two linen blazers but the weather was changing and I only got to wear them a few times before the weather broke for Winter. Super excited to pair them with jeans and short shorts!
