If you wear more than one hat, you know the need for making one feel extra special by wearing it on repeat for a while; thus is the reason for my radio silence for the past few days. For those who don’t know, I work full time as a Recreation Instructor and summer is rapidly approaching so I’ve been knee deep in preparing for 60 or so kids to descend on my site for the next nine weeks! So that hat needed a little extra love and I because I love it, it was no bother giving it what it craved.
And I’ve enjoyed only wearing one hat for a few days because we needed some alone time, just the two of us…insert the song that makes this line famous here. And I haven’t ignored the other hats, I’ve kept my eye on them and thanked them for allowing me to stay away for a moment.
I’m now back to wearing them all now, giving them equal time and love.
